Text 27 Jan Once again I am complete.

My keg fridge died about three months ago. Being the man of inertia that I am, it was easier for me to go without fresh delicious homebrew than undertake the effort of obtaining a new chest freezer(much harder than you’d think!), minor construction of a new kegerator(much easier than you’d think) and disposal of the old freezer(turns out Minneapolis takes them for free).

At last the drought has come to an end. May I introduce to you, KegFridge 2.0!

In my personal opinion, a draft system is the best investment any homebrewer can make. Early in my homebrewing career I would often procrastinate a batch for weeks because of the looming drudgery involved with bottling. Kegging your beer obviates all of the bottle washing and time consuming labor that drives folks away from this hobby. Ancillary to the practical benefits, there is simply no match for having some friends over for a game and pulling a pint or pitcher of your handcrafted beer to share.
